In June 2025, 2026WOMEN recorded two powerful songs at Studio Trix in Antwerp, mixed by Diana Dzjamaldaeva: ‘Simawe‘ and ‘Her Body’. Since singing continues to shape our artivism through music, we proudly produced a videoclip for Simawe, produced and directed by Manuela Vasquez Guayasamín together with Giulia Ledda.
Rooted in the 2024 ‘Simawe | See My Way‘ performance, these recordings capture our shared emotions and growing complicity among the women, transforming a live experience into a long-lasting statement.
The December session included the new song ‘Revolution Is Female’, written by Petra, a bold and affirming anthem that was first introduced during the show. With its strong message and collective energy, the song reinforces the core of our project: a creative and political movement for justice, equality, and systemic change carried by many voices, moving as one.
