Sangre de mi sangre
“Sangre de mi sangre”, is a participatory artistic initiative born in Mexico and organized by the ‘Colectif Hilos’ that aims to raise awareness of feminicide and disappearances. This international action is based on the collective creation of a fabric, symbolizing the flow of blood and the urgency of solving these problems.
It’s an invitation to weave together a tapestry representing resistance and the search for healing. With each red thread, unity and determination in the fight against violence are expressed.
Thanks to the initiative of Lady Quintero and Ariadna Chavez, the group was able to discover this project at the association in complete privacy, and learn how to weave.
